💡 We are looking for someone who has:

👉 4–6+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years with Web3/Blockchain

👉 Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Move (EVM, Solana, Aptos, Sui)

👉 Experience with NodeJS / Golang / Rust

👉 Strong understanding of Web3 architecture, security, CI/CD, AWS/GCP

👉 Technical team leadership experience (3–7 people) and good English communication skills
